3D Lipo Laser (also known as laser lipo) effectively helps with cellulite and fat reduction. If you are tired of the stubborn pockets of fat in your body that won’t go away even after trying multiple weight loss methods like exercise and diet, you must consider 3D Lipo Laser to smooth them out. It’s an advanced treatment that helps you fight against cellulite build-up and helps with fat reduction.

The significant difference between the traditional liposuction and the latest 3D Lipo procedure is that 3D Lipo is entirely non-invasive, requires no downtime, and offers long-lasting results. The conventional liposuction method may have some side effects, like embolism, bruising, necrosis, and other more severe symptoms. However, with 3D Lipo laser treatment, you may feel a mild discomfort after the treatment, which usually goes away within a few days — there are no other side effects.

To learn more about the 3D lipo laser, keep reading this post.

What is 3D Lipo Laser Treatment, and What are its Effects on Cellulite and Fat Reduction?

3D Lipo Laser treatment is a non-surgical and risk-free alternative to liposuction. It emits low-level laser energy that penetrates the skin’s surface and activates the fat cell membrane, changing their overall size, permeability and releasing intracellular fat. Then, the fatty triglycerides flow into the interstitial space through damaged cell membranes — from where they eventually flow through the natural metabolic pathways of your body without any adverse physiological effects. This procedure results in cellulite reduction and fat loss in patients.

Furthermore, 3D lipo laser involves using an extremely sensitive laser to remove the fat deposits collected in the upper layer beneath the skin. The radiation emitting from the laser splits the fat cells and generates an oily substance. The body extracts it via natural digestion. This process may lead to permanent fat loss as long as you can maintain a balanced and healthy diet following the surgery.

Overall, the procedure’s subtlety has several advantages over liposuction’s disadvantages: physical risks and the risk of damaged blood vessels significantly reduce. Furthermore, there is little to no recovery time needed.

Note: The 3D lipo laser method may take around 30 to 60 minutes. People who get the procedure should maintain an active and healthy lifestyle to get the best results.

3D Lipo Laser Treatment for Cellulite

The verdict is still out on the actual cause of cellulite build-up. People, both overweight and skinny can experience the mysterious cottage cheese effect. What is known is that the build-up is fat cells pushing the skin up leading to a dimpled and uneven surface. The thigh and buttock areas are commonly affected.

Using lipo laser to treat the area is a non-surgical solution to help eliminate cellulite build-up. Once the fat cells are emptied, the affected area begins to smooth out and reduce the appearance of cellulite. The procedure also helps to improve the skin’s elasticity as well.

3D Lipo Laser Treatment for Fat Reduction

Even with an effective weight loss program, some areas of the body holds fat longer than others. The typical trouble areas include:

The chin area (double chin)

Lower stomach area (love handles)

Upper underarm area

Thigh area

Sometimes the body needs help reducing fat. Using lipo laser helps to break down fat cells while you continue to lose weight. As your metabolism continues to increase, the fats cells’ contents will exit the body quicker.

Who Can Have This Treatment?

Not all candidates can go for 3D Lipo Laser. If you are looking to get this treatment done, you should be:

Not more than 25 pounds over your weight

Have a problematic area, not total body weight loss

Good skin elasticity and in good health

How Long Do Lipo Results Last?

The lipo procedure does not destroy fat cells, but it empties fat from them. The fat cells can store fat again. The only way to ensure a lasting result is a balanced diet. You need to make sure that you are making the right dietary choices.

Try to maintain distance from sugar and alcoholic beverages if you want to see the results.

What are the Risk Factors of 3D Lipo Laser?

As it is a non-surgical treatment, there are hardly any side effects and even the recovery period is way shorter than other invasive fat removal methods.

After getting the procedure done, you will be able to get back to normal activities almost immediately. Some people may experience a little discomfort and redness and numbness, and tingling in the treatment area. However, these slight effects are short-lived, leading to complete and quick recovery.

Practitioners should not perform 3d Lipo Laser3D lipo laser on any skin area affected by injury or wound. Pregnant or lactating women should have the procedure. Furthermore, this treatment may not suit people who have metal implants or pacemakers within their bodies.

Note: You should know your full medical history before starting the treatment. If you have any questions regarding your suitability, you should immediately contact your doctor before any treatment.

Areas Treated with 3D Lipo Laser:

Calves

Outer and inner thighs

Lower and upper abdomen

Hips

Double chin

Underarms

Above and around the knee area

Upper and lower back fat

Bottom Line

Lipo Laser is a 100% non-invasive body contouring and fat reduction treatment. It delivers low energy through the laser to the accurate area it is required. There is no pain, no surgery, no side effects, and no downtime. This procedure is safe, and you will see visible results immediately.

Ideal for both men and women, the method eliminates excess fat and contour your body than any other fat loss treatments.

Lipo Laser and Fitness | Low-fat Diet | Eating Healthy | Exercise

Laser lipo is a non-invasive
technique to get rid of body fat. It is non-invasive so no anesthesia is
required and you can resume your daily routine two hours post-procedure. Laser
lipo targets those specific areas where fat reduction is resistant
to exercise and dieting. The result is desired body shape in no time, great
contour, and healthy, tight skin.

The Case Clinic offers laser lipo. We have experts who have been performing this procedure for years and that is why we are trusted by our clients. We always advise our clients to pay special attention to their fitness in addition to getting the laser lipo done.

Laser Lipo and Fitness

Laser lipo can make you feel more fit
without doing much. It melts stubborn body fat and gives you more confidence to
wear your desired outfit. Laser lipo is a non-surgical procedure so you
can perform light exercise even after two hours of the procedure. It is advised
to wait at least two weeks before doing any strenuous cardio-like exercise.

Laser lipo will provide you with the
desired body shape and overall fitness goal, but to maintain the result
for longer times you have to follow a strict fitness regime. A sedentary
lifestyle is not going to help you much even after laser lipo. The body
fat and those ideal body contours you achieved with laser lipo can reverse
back if you are careless about your diet and exercise.

Following are a few things you need to do to get the
best results of lipo laser that are long-lasting as well:

Low-Fat diet

There are various types of diets proposed for weight
loss but laser lipo needs special consideration. Because there is
already enough melted fat in your bloodstream, so you do not need any
additional fats. A low-fat diet is recommended after laser lipo. It will
not only make you healthy but will also maintain your body shape for longer
times.

Eating Healthy

Laser lipo can help you achieve your
desired body shape, but maintaining the ideal looking contour is purely up to
you. If you were careless about what you eat prior to laser lipo, now is
the time to consider healthy eating. Eating healthy will not only provide your
body with needed nutrients, minerals, and vitamins but will also make enhance
your overall fitness level. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables,
drink enough water. Avoid carbonated drinks and limit alcohol consumption.

Choosing a healthy lifestyle can maintain your fitness
level and prolong the result of laser lipo. Whatever you eat, eat healthily.
Add whole grain and nuts in your diet, lean protein is a healthy choice after laser
lipo. Drink enough water to help in digestion and help control craving for
unhealthy food. Eat several small meals to maintain your energy level.

The Internet is full of information regarding diet
plans. You can make your own diet plans by careful consideration of several
crucial factors like total calories, the total amount of carbohydrates,
protein, fats, minerals, and vitamins. You can consult our experts at The Case
Clinic offers to get tailor-made a diet plan according to your specific needs.
Keep in mind that fat reduction is rapid and dramatic with liposuction
but stop repacking those fats is solely dependent upon lifestyle choices you
make.

Exercise

Laser lipo is a gentle procedure and
you can go straight to work after the procedure is complete. You can do light
exercise after two hours. For any strenuous exercise, you should wait for at
least two weeks. If exercise was not in your routine before laser lipo,
make it your priority now. Regular exercise will maintain your fitness
level and will prevent your body from re-accumulating fats.

Performing regular exercise will maintain your laser
lipo results and will significantly lower the chances of post-procedure
weight gain. Exercise never means two hours at the gym every day. 30 minutes of
regular physical activity is enough to maintain the results. High-intensity
exercise done for 30 minutes parallel the result of any light exercise done for
hours. Regular exercise is the key to fitness and permanent fat
reduction.

To stay motivated it is recommended to set goals. Setting those fitness goals and achieving them will boost your confidence. You can hire a personal physical trainer and make an exercising plan according to their recommendation. Another way of maintaining interest in regular exercise is to involve a friend. Exercise with friends is more fun, motivating, and relaxing. You and your friend can set targets and celebrate your achievements. Another fun way is to join the gym, where you can exercise and hang out at the same time as your gym buddies.

Conclusion

Laser lipo can be expensive but if you want quick results this could be the best option available to you. The Case Clinic offers laser lipo but we also recommend our clients to follow a healthy lifestyle because lipo and fitness both go hand in hand.

Who Benefits from Laser Lipo | Why Laser Lipo | Book An Appointment

Let Laser Lipo Keep You Tight

When you hear the phrase, “Laser Lipo”, the first thing you may think is only overweight or obese people need it. But this is far from the truth.

This non-surgical procedure is a great way to tone up those annoying love handles and loose arm and neck skin. But it doesn’t stop there. It’s great to target and tone up other places on the body even if you have no fat or cellulite build-up.

In this post, we’ll tell you 4 types of people who can benefit from it and why.

4 Who Benefit from Laser Lipo

1. Over Weight and Obese

We are saying this is a magical cure for people obese or overweight. But it is still a great tool to add to their weight loss journey.

The LED light lasers used in Laser Lipo attack the fat cells under the skin. Once the lasers bust them open, it melts away its contents and evacuates the cell.

It sounds pretty aggressive, but during the process, there is no pain or discomfort from the laser’s effects. Furthermore, the non-invasive procedure leaves no scarring.

Where it may not solve their weight issue, it will help them shed fat along with the proper workout and diet properly prescribed by a doctor.

2. Body Builders

They are fit, cut, ripped, and shredded. Well, at least for competitions. But when the competition season is over, many bodybuilders don’t keep up with the extreme workouts they use to get competition ready.

This means when the season comes back around, presentation will be everything! Toning up those neglected areas with Laser Lipo helps to reduce the fat build and speed up the fat-burning process. This getting them ready, tight and toned for the upcoming season.

3.Dedicated To The Workout

These are not people who compete in intense competitions. These are people who are dedicated to looking and feeling their best.

But sometimes the dedication isn’t enough. It is one thing to have a flat stomach from your efforts, but it’s another to have great abs to show for it.

Laser Lipo is a great way to help reduce the fat in your stomach area that may hide your abs. As they continue to work on their ideal bodies, they can use a cheat code like Laser Lipo to get an end result faster.

4. The Fashionista’s

These types of people like to look great in what they wear. Many of them have naturally shaped body’s that other people would kill for.

They are that one person who makes a potato sack look like the next fashion trend. They do little to no working out, besides a daily 4-mile run.

But even they have issues with trouble spots on their bodies. Because of this, Laser Lipo is a great way to tone and tighten what may be getting away from you. Where they don’t need an extreme workout plan, a few Laser Lipo sessions may do the trick.

Why Laser Lipo?

Laser Lipo is an easy, non-surgical, non-invasive procedure that attacks and eliminates the contents of fat cells under the skin. Once the contents of the fat cells are drained, they leave the body through digestion.

This is a great way to speed up the fat reduction process. Not only will it help eliminate fat from the body, but it’s also a great tool to add to your weight loss journey.

It also helps to tighten and tone your skin. It strengthens the elastin in your skin allowing your skin to stay healthy, tight, toned, and smooth.

Book an Appointment

The Case Clinic is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. it offers its patients and fellow residents Laser Lipo treatments for about $100. But if this is your first time, you will get 50% off your first session!

So if you’re ready, we are here.

The Battle With Loose Skin

Book An Appointment

The causes of loose skin can vary. The bad part is that many of us don’t even notice it at first. Loose skin. Just hanging there mocking you. You’ve worked out with exercises targeting the area with the loose skin. But nothing changes.

Your battle is bigger than you think. Unfortunately, working out will not simply solve the issue in many cases. When this happens, seeking treatment should be your next step. Loose skin can happen to anyone, but not everyone can fix the issue themselves.

Causes of Loose Skin

When your skin is firm and strong, it has no issue adjusting to your body size and weight. But when your skin begins to lose this ability, skin becomes loose and can begin to sag. This can happen almost anywhere on the body. The most common places this happens are:

The eyelids

Chin

Throat/neck area

The upper arm area

Stomach

The jaw/cheek area

There are causes of loose skin on the body. Below are the 5 main causes. Some may surprise you.

1. Weight Loss

Losing weight can be a great health benefit. But if you’ve been overweight for an extended amount of time, your skin doesn’t have the strength to snap back. Collagen and elastin fibers in the skin that were weakened and damaged take longer to react to the loss of weight in the body.

This usually occurs when weight loss is more rapid than natural weight loss. The skin doesn’t have a chance to adjust and begins to sag at the voided areas. This can, unfortunately, lead to significant sagging skin.

Of course, the younger you are, the stronger your skin is. So your age can depend on how your skin snaps back after a noticeable weight loss.

2. Aging

Aging has its ups and downs. Loose skin can be one of the downs. As we age, the skin begins to lose two important proteins that keep your skin healthy and able to adjust. They are collagen and elastin.

Collagen is like a magic fiber that keeps your skin tight and able to react to body size changes. In fact, collagen is the reason for firm skin.

There are, however, some external reasons your skin losing its strength. Coupled with age, these factors are also causes of loose skin:

Pollutants in your environment

A lot of exposure to UV rays

Poor nutrition, alcohol, and smoking

Too much exposure to the sun without protection over time will begin to alter your skin. Saggy and loose skin will begin to develop.

3. Pregnancy

Saggy and loose skin is common after pregnancy. The highest and most extreme occurrences happen when women carry multiple babies at once or just have one huge baby.

This results in the skin being stretched from pregnancies like this leave the skin damaged and unable to bounce back to what it was.

4. Illness

Causes of loose skin can include illness. Unfortunately, many people don’t know this. A condition called, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, also known as granulomatous slack skin, can cause saggy skin.

The skin on the elbow and knees usually suffer from sagging due to the illness. Unfortunately, granulomatous slack skin does not respond well to treatment.

Another condition that causes loose skin is called, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS). Not too many people know about this syndrome. It’s an inherited condition that leads to saggy skin, usually in the face, caused by a collagen production defect.

Our Approach to Loose Skin Treatment

Many of our patients have come to us looking for a solution to their loose and saggy skin. It’s caused embarrassment and compromise they simply want to get rid of. One of the best treatments for this is Laser Lipo.

Like cellulite build-up, loose skin can be treated, tightened, and toned using our LED Laser Lipo treatment. It allows the cells and fibers in the skin to rejuvenate and tighten once again. Once the collagen and elastin in your skin begin to heal, your skin’s ability to bounce back will begin to return.

We perform the non-surgical and non-invasive treatment at our Indianapolis office. It takes about an hour for each session with no downtime needed after you’re done.

Schedule an appointment today for your Laser Lipo consultation to see if our treatment is right for you.

What You Should Know About Cellulite Build Up

What is Cellulite | What Causes Cellulite | Treatment

The most common areas we see cellulite build-up is in our buttocks and thigh area. It’s a pesky fat issue that we wish would disappear at the snap of your fingers.

Unfortunately, most women will experience cellulite in her life. 80 to 90 percent in fact.

But with a change in diet, life habits, and treatment, you can get rid of that cellulite build-up and replace it with a smooth, toned area.

What is Cellulite

Cellulite is a build-up of lumps and indents in the skin. It usually builds up in the butt and thigh area. Since the skins and fat in the area are similar, they are usually the breeding ground for cellulite. Some cases are worse than others. But nonetheless, it’s an issue that has caused many to hide their legs with long and baggy clothing.

Though it impacts both men and women, it usually builds upon women more often. 80 to 90 percent of women will have an issue with cellulite build up in some form or fashion. Even when she works out and sticks to her diet cellulite may still stick around.

A scale was published in 2009 to define cellulite severity levels. It defined three different levels. Those levels were:

Grade One (Mild): 1-4 depressions in the skin, mild sagging to the skin, orange peel appearance.

Grade Two (Moderate): 5-9 depression in the skin, moderate sagging to the skin, cottage cheese appearance.

Grade Three (Severe): 10 or more depressions in the skin, severe sagging to the skin, mattress appearance.

What Causes Cellulite Build Up

At this point, there is no known reason as to why cellulite build up happens. The cause seems to be related to the connective layer of tissue that resides under the skin and the layer of fat that sits under it. Whatever the cause, it leaves an unflattering look where it builds up.

The build-up appears on men and women differently. For men, it shows up as a criss-cross pattern in the tissue. This causes it to show up less visible on men. The pattern is different for women. It’s arranged vertically and cause fat cells to indent into the skin. This then gives the appearance of cellulite.

Other possible causes of cellulite build-up include:

Diet and Lifestyle

Cellulite is not caused by fat or being overweight, but it can build up if from weight gain. A poor diet is the usual cause of weight gain and obesity. Not having enough fiber to fat and carbohydrate consumption can also be a contributing factor.

Tight clothing, specifically underwear tight-fitting around the buttocks, slows and cuts off blood flow to the area causing the formation of cellulite. Without blood reaching these areas, the surrounding tissue misses out on valuable vitamins and nutrients that keep it healthy and smooth.

Genetics

There have to be certain circumstances in place in order for cellulite to form. Persons genetic connection to their ethnicity, how fat forms under the skin and the speed of metabolism can be major factors cellulite forming.

Genetics creates strong similarities amongst family members. Children usually share strong genes with the parents who created them. If one or both parents are overweight, the children are more likely to have the same outcome.

Hormones and Age

As mentioned before, healthy blood flow is a major factor in the overall health of your body. Our hormones, vitamins, and nutrients are delivered throughout our bodies through this one-of-a-kind delivery system.

Since estrogen in women decreases in the approach to menopause, it’s theorized that decreased blood flow to the connective tissue under the skin also decreases. This could cause the skin to dip into the fat tissue and cause cellulite build up. Lower circulation means less oxygen in the area, resulting in lower collagen production. Fat cells also enlarge as estrogen levels fall.

Cellulite is more prevalent in people who have excess fat, but slim and fit people can have it too. It is more likely to happen after the age of 25 years, but it can affect younger people as well, including teenagers.

Our Treatment and Approach

Here at The Case Clinic, our patients experience a comfortable and relaxing setting. We use the Laser Lipo treatment to keep the process non-surgical and non-invasive. Instead of entering under the skin with a fat removal tool, we use LED light panels to melt the fat away.

The session takes about one hour. During the session, the LED light panels use low-level lasers to heat up and force your fat pockets to release their contents. Once this happens, the contents are removed from the body through urination. More than one session is advised to get the best results.

We keep it simple and comfortable. When you are done with your session, you can finish your day without any downtime needed.

Let The Case Clinic help you eliminate that difficult fat and cellulite buildup that JUST WON’T GO AWAY. D Case and his well-trained staff are always ready to provide you with the best wellness care possible.

Fighting weight gain is one thing. But what do you do about those areas of fat and loose skin that refuses to go away or tone up? Laser lipo is a great answer. Its targeting abilities help tone up and reduce fat on the body aren’t dropping the pounds as fast as other parts of the body.

Before, removing these annoying pockets of fat, loose skin, and cellulite required surgery followed by painful and uncomfortable recovery. It could take up to two weeks to fully recover after the procedure. With Laser Lipo, you have no downtime, and no scaring or bruising to deal with. But besides the benefits of a painless procedure, here are 4 more reasons to have Laser Lipo.

1. Reducing Fat in Those Trouble Areas

Losing weight and keeping it off is a challenge by itself. You may be healthier, but you notice some areas on your body are improving faster than others. Many of our patients visit our Indianapolis clinic to reduce and get rid of pockets of fat that need extra attention.

Laser Lipo treatment for the back of the thighs

Laser Lipo breaks down the fat at the targeted spot without breaking or penetrating the skin. It takes about an hour out of their day for the procedure and requires no downtime the session ends. In fact, many of our patients go right back to work.

Breaking down the fatty tissues that cause those annoying areas allows our patients to see results from their first session. The more sessions they have, the more results they see.

2. Faster Recovery, No Downtime with Laser Lipo

Traditional liposuction requires you to get as much rest a possible during recovery. This day and age, it can take up to two weeks to fully heal or recover from the pain. Bruising and scarring are common with the procedure since a wand is used to go under the skin and suck out the fat.

Patients are fully awake during their Laser Lipo sessions. As the LED light paddles work their magic, the patient feels no pain or burning sensation. Reducing fat in specific areas helps you shape your body and be happy with the results.

3. Much Safer Procedure

Any open cut or wound, infection is a strong possibility. What makes Laser Lipo so safe is its non-invasive approach to eliminating fat. Breaking down the fat tissue with LED light prevents the risk of bacterial infections and life-threatening illnesses. Compared to traditional liposuction, Laser Lipo is the safest of the two procedures.

When patients visit our Indianapolis clinic, safety comes first. Consultations are mandatory to make sure our procedure is the right fit. Each patient is unique and only receives treatment according to their custom needs.

4. Cellulite Reduction

Smoothing out those rough areas of cellulite can be as easy as having Laser Lipo sessions. When the fatty tissue that causes cellulite build-up, simply working out or dieting to lose weight will not solve the issue. This body contouring procedure tightens and tones the skin helping to reduce and sometimes eliminate the cellulite build up.

Before and after Laser Lipo to get rid of cellulite.

No matter how much leg, thigh, and butt workouts you do, cellulite build-up can be difficult to get rid of on your own. Melting away the fat seems to be the most common solution. This is why Laser Lipo is such an effective body contouring tool. Patients in our Indianapolis clinic have reported seeing an immediate difference after just one session.

It doesn’t have to be a pain point nor a struggle to have the body you truly want. Each person’s weight loss goals are different. This is not recommended for everyone battling weight and annoying areas of fat on the body. This is usually due to health issues or the need to lose a significant amount of weight before you can even user Laser Lipo.

But before you start your Laser Lipo journey, you first need to know if it’s right for you.

If you are in or live in the Indianapolis area, schedule a free consultation for our Laser Lipo treatment to get started.
